A reader emailed us with this picture of her friend, saying she’s wearing a new skirt made out of yoga pant-material. Has anyone heard of these? I don’t know what the purpose of these could possibly be, but I like them.

I have 3 of those skirts! I love them, you can get them anywhere really, I have gotten complements on my rear, espessialy wearing the skirts.
Notice how those legs run right up under that skirt and make an ass outta themselves.
Yoga pants are just cotton jersey material. Lots of things are made of of it. Skirts, jackets, etc. It’s not a huge mystery.

Its called 70 percent cotton, 30 percent spandex; they were using the material on dresses in the 80s. Fucking simpleton.

Yoga pants are all just made of cotton/lycra, nylon/lycra, or polyester/lycra spandex fabric blends. Lots of clothes are made from this kind of stretchy material – yoga pants, leggings, tights, swimsuits, shorts, dresses, and tops. And what she’s wearing – a run-of-the-mill spandex mini skirt. More of an 80′s and 90′s look, you still see them in clubs and other places from time to time – I think they’re pretty sexy myself.
