As a Med Student, “sorry to inform you” that while gluteus maximus is a muscle, they are enveloped by a varying amounts of fat(Protects many pelvic and sacral structures such as nerves and vasculature). The shape of the “rear” is determined by muscle, fat, and hard tissue(Pelvis, sacrum, et al).
As a man, wayyy to flat.
