She’s gorgeous, has fab legs and a beautiful bum, but the top half of her body doesn’t do it for me. Big breast implants when you have so little body fat just look wrong. I also get a kick that so many of these women who train/bodybuild take so much time to take such good care of themselves and treat their bodies as temples and then get breast implants!?! Seems a touch hypocritical to me.

@ Yulissa, sorry mate, that’s a woman. While it’s more common for men to have the typical ‘v-shape’ you speak of because women tend to carry about 10% more body fat than men (& it tends to be in the tummy/hip region), when a woman drops her body fat she can achieve that shape. After all, the underlying musculature is virtually the same. I’m a physio and have worked on women who are incredibly althletic and have a similar shape and if they had a lower body at percentage they would look almost identical. Also, because she is lying on the floor and very likely has her arms raised, it accentuates the v-shape.

First off, I would just like to say that I realize the futility in posting anything, on ANY site, with the intent of having it taken as a logical, valid argument by anyone who may read it. Really, I do. It’s a lot like my dad used to say: “Son, never try to teach a pig to whistle. It wastes your time, and just annoys the pig.” Bear this in mind, as I post the following opinion; it is not made to try to change anyone’s mind, but is instead meant for the woman depicted in the picture. I, for one, think that fit is VERY sexy. Not having to stop every ten minutes during sex to catch your breath, or let the stitch in your side go away are major positives. She’s beyond pretty, I think. Plus, there’s just something about having a woman beside you who has an even shot at surviving the Zombie Apocalypse with you.

What you’ve said doesn’t disprove the theory that the person in this picture is a man, but only proves the possibility of this being a woman. I was jesting, anyway, but since you had to take it upon yourself to “teach” someone who you assume is less-educated than yourself, I’ll have to point out that if you truly are a physio, then you should agree that a woman “achieving” this form is not at all healthy. You said yourself that women have a higher body fat percentage. One should be able to assume that if a woman’s body fat is so low, that she resembles a man, she can expect to have a few health problems as a result, especially when it’s prolonged. Anyway, thanks again for the lesson…I guess.
